What actually happens in a gathering?
We meet live, once a week. I open with a short reflection, and a teaching about the land of illusion and taking the path to living and embodying your truth. We then we move into the real work — We use mechanisms of reflection so the illusions you've been living inside become visible and start to loosen. And then we augment and amplify the path to living truth, whether its somatic, nervous system, forgiveness practices etc. We do work that goes far past mind but into the felt and lived experience. You leave having SHIFTED something, not just heard it.
